About Stockoban
Stockoban is a focused replenishment workflow built for online retailers running their warehouses on Veeqo. It connects to your Veeqo account read-only — pulling product, variant, bin location and stock data — and gives your replenishers a clean, fast list interface for the picker-face refill loop.
How it fits in
Most warehouses split their floor into two: a picker-face area with single units in trays for order pickers, and a backstock area where multi-unit packs live in boxes and bays. Replenishers walk the picker-face, build a list of what needs filling, fetch the right number of packs from backstock, and refill the trays. That whole loop happens many times a shift, often by several people in parallel, and right now it usually happens on paper.
What's different
- Lists are pre-populated by bay or product line — no manual SKU entry. Choose a bay, get every variant in it.
- Pack ↔ unit conversion lives in the form. Edit the ratio once; the next replenisher inherits it.
- Append-only event log. Every tick, flag, note, and reassignment is a row. Reports compute over the events; nothing is lost.
- Per-bay metrics that actually matter on a shift floor: fill rate, time between replenishments, shortage rate, worker speed.
- Handover lists pass open work to the next shift. Flag an SKU as "needs more time" and it lands as a draft list for the incoming team.
Pricing
Three tiers based on active worker count: Starter (up to 10), Pro (up to 100), and a custom Enterprise plan for larger teams. All plans include a 14-day free trial — no card required to evaluate, and cancel any time before billing starts.
Data and privacy
Veeqo OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Stockoban only reads from Veeqo — it never writes back. Worker PINs are bcrypt hashed; admin/manager browser sessions use TOTP-protected JWTs. All replenishment events are kept indefinitely so reports stay accurate as your warehouse grows.
