About Stockoban

Stockoban is a warehouse replenishment app built for online retailers running their fulfilment on Veeqo. It connects to your Veeqo account — just reading products, bin locations and stock levels — and turns that into replenishment lists for your floor team.

A replenisher walks the picker-face, checks what's low, fetches packs from backstock, and refills the shelves. Stockoban replaces the paper clipboards with a fast, scanner-friendly interface that still works when the warehouse Wi-Fi drops out.

How Stockoban works with Veeqo

Connect your Veeqo account once from Settings, and Stockoban pulls your products, shelf locations and stock levels into its own database. From there, three things keep the data fresh:

• Full import — runs the first time you connect. Brings in everything for the warehouse you pick.
• Every-15-minute updates — catches anything that changed since the last check. Stock quantities and product details stay current throughout the day.
• Live refresh when opening a list — the moment a worker opens a list, stock for those items is refreshed so the numbers they see are seconds old.

Every stock reading is saved as a new entry — nothing ever gets overwritten. That means you can always see how stock levels changed over time, and reports can calculate accurate fill rates and trends.

Stockoban only reads from Veeqo. It never writes products, orders, or stock adjustments back. Your Veeqo data stays under your control.

Key features

• Pre-populated lists — generate a list from a bay, a product line, or a custom filter. Every variant in scope is added with current stock and capacity already filled in. No manual SKU entry.
• Pack ↔ unit conversion — workers choose packs or units. The conversion ratio is saved per variant so the next replenisher inherits it.
• Scanner-first interface — built for Android warehouse scanners and tablets. Barcode scanning, big touch targets, minimal typing.
• Works without internet — list data is saved on the device. Any changes made offline are sent automatically when the network comes back. Workers keep picking regardless of warehouse Wi-Fi.
• Handover support — supervisors record notes and unresolved items at shift end. Flagged items land as a draft list for the incoming team.
• Complete audit trail — every tick, flag, note, pause, and reassignment is recorded and kept forever. Nothing is deleted, so reports are always accurate.
• Different views for different roles — workers, supervisors, managers and admins each see what they need. Device accounts use shared sign-ins for the warehouse floor; managers log in with email, password and two-factor authentication.
• Per-bay analytics — reports show worker speed, picker-face fill rate, shortage rate, and time between replenishments. Filtered by location and date range, designed for supervisors running the shift.

Workflow overview

1. Connect Veeqo — one click from Settings. Stockoban pulls your products, bins, and stock into its database.
2. Create a list — managers or supervisors create replenishment lists for a bay, a product line, or a custom selection. Lists can be assigned to specific people or left open for anyone to pick up.
3. Work through it — workers open lists on a warehouse tablet or scanner. They see current stock, target capacity, and can switch between packs and units. Barcode scanning, flagging, notes, pause and resume are all supported.
4. Complete and hand over — when all items are picked, the list is done. Unfinished work at shift change is handed over, which creates new lists for the next team.
5. Review the results — supervisors and managers use reports to track worker speed, fill rates, and how often replenishments happen. Every action is logged.

Data and privacy

Veeqo credentials are stored encrypted. Stockoban only reads from Veeqo — it never writes back. Worker PINs are hashed securely; admin and manager sessions use two-factor authentication. All replenishment events are kept indefinitely so reports stay accurate as your warehouse grows.
