Follow these guides in order when setting up Stockoban, or go straight to the task you need. You can read them without an account and share them with your colleagues.

   Connect Veeqo, check your inventory and prepare your first warehouse.

   Add your team

   Set up managers, workers and supervisors, and manage their access.

3. 3. Manager and warehouse team

   Set up a warehouse device

   Get a shared scanner or tablet ready, then sign in with a personal PIN.

4. 4. Replenisher or supervisor

   Create and manage replenishment lists

   Pick, flag problems, pause, hand over and complete the physical top-up.

5. 5. Owner or manager

   Understand the dashboard and reports

   Review the work, investigate stock problems and use comparisons fairly.

6. 6. Everyone

   Sort out common problems

   Check sign-in, missing products, Wi-Fi, unfinished lists and report gaps.
